I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
We offer the following shipping options:
• Express Shipping: 7–12 business days
• Standard Shipping: 12–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carrier operations.
There are circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct details.
We can update shipping information within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that period, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
All products are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier.
If this happens, please contact us and provide:

A photo of the damaged item
Once we receive this information, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
